Voluntary Participation: I am voluntarily participating in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and related activities offered by Atos Jiu Jitsu School Barcelona. I understand that these activities involve physical contact, intense physical exertion, and inherent risks of injury.

Risks Acknowledged: I understand that risks include, but are not limited to, bruises, sprains, strains, joint injuries, concussions, broken bones, or more serious injuries, including the risk of paralysis or death.

Medical Clearance: I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in Jiu-Jitsu or any related training.

Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless Atos Jiu Jitsu School Barcelona, its instructors, staff, volunteers, affiliates, and fellow students from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, accident, or loss I may suffer while participating in academy activities, whether on or off the premises.

Use of Likeness: I authorize Atos Jiu Jitsu School Barcelona to use photos or videos taken during classes, events, or training for promotional purposes, unless I specifically request otherwise in writing.

Minor Participants (if applicable): I certify that I am the legal parent or guardian of the minor named below and that I agree to all the terms listed on their behalf.
